British Council Ghana, on behalf of the Commonwealth Scholarships and Fellowship (CSF) is organizing a Commonwealth Scholarship Lifelong Learning Workshop for all commonwealth scholars in Accra and Kumasi.
This workshop aims at reintegrating scholars returning to Ghana after their studies as well as providing relevant job market information and skills to existing scholars. Themes such as how to strategically secure relevant employment, the future of work, and the needed soft skills will be highlighted by Human Resource experts. It will also be an opportunity for alumni networking.
The workshop would focus on the following topics:
- Securing relevant employment (job market in Ghana, challenges of finding a job, skills employees look out for and transferring knowledge to the workplace)
- Change management and work-life balance (adapting to change, the future of work, creating a balance between work, family or social life)
- Maximizing your impact (Engaging in community work for development)
